Information for Participants

Thank you for your interest in participating in the 9th edition of the Festival of Embassies. The 9th edition will take place on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Vítězné náměstí. Information about registration and organization can be found below.

As in previous years, participant registration and booth reservations will be handled through the Reenio reservation system. 

Reservations for this year's edition are now open. You can access the Reenio reservation system via the link below. Please review all attached materials before registering - including the registration guide, Terms and Conditions, and other documents.
